Requesting access

The department head / supervisor must send an email with the following:

• KBFI department head / supervisors name
• KBFI department: KEAL, ChemPhys, ChemBio, EnvTox, ...
• users first name, last name
• users email address
• users desired login name: default or any specific wish?
• is it a temporary user (e.g. bachelor/master student)?
